DiSC 363 for Leaders is for anyone who wants to use 360 feedback as part of their leadership development, whether they're an emerging high-potential leader or an experienced executive. DiSC 363 for Leaders provides leaders with constructive feedback from their direct-reports, peers, manager, and others on their leadership style, approach and effectiveness. It pulls together the feedback from others, and the qualitative and quantitative data from a combined leadership and DiSC personality assessment to give an accurate picture of the leader's behavioral tendencies, performance and primary dimension of leadership.

The 360 Feedback Report: Using multi-rater feedback and self assessment, the 22+ page report provides a narrative description and circumplex graph of the leader's DiSC personality style -- highlighting behavioral tendencies, drivers, and potential blindspots. In a separate section, the report describes Eight Approaches to Effective Leadership and shows through easy-to-read visuals and data breakdowns, the feedback from raters on performance across all eight approaches and underlying practices. The Detailed Feedback section provides a comparison of self-ratings versus each rater group as well as a comprehensive listing of rater comments. Finally, in the development section, the leader discovers his/her greatest strengths as a leader, and gets in-depth information and concrete strategies for improvement.

Raters: Leaders can select unlimited raters in the following groups: "Direct Reports", "Peers", "Managers", and "Others". A 360-feedback program is most effective when the results are delivered directly to the leader by an experienced coach who can guide the leader in using the feedback to achieve meaningful professional development. Simply handing a final report to the leader to review alone rarely results in any real improvement.

The 363 Coaching Supplement is included with each leader's feedback report at no additional charge. It provides information to help coach the leader through his/her feedback, including an overview of the leader's DiSC personality style, scores for the Leadership Behavior and Leadership Requests sections, and a Performance Gap Analysis.
