DiSC Classic Assessment Profiles

The DiSC Classic Profile 1.0 helps people understand themselves and others while increasing awareness of their unique personality tendencies and behavioral patterns. This 20-page self assessment instrument provides several stages of interpretation and analysis, including:

1. An overview of the person's behavioral tendencies and desired work environment.
2. Insights into the person's work behavior in 9 key areas including their value to the organization, how they react to stressful stituations, and their behavioral impact on others.
3. An action plan, including suggestions and tips to help the person increase their interpersonal communication effectiveness.

The online EPIC version of the DiSC Classic Profile 2.0 provides all of the same elements of the paper-based DiSC Classic 1.0 described above, plus an expanded analysis and interpretation that goes far beyond what the paper instrument is able to offer. The DiSC Classic Profile 2.0 is available in Spanish.

The DiSC Classic 2.0 Plus! This is the most comprehensive DiSC profile report. It includes everything that the DiSC Classic Profile 1.0 and 2.0 offers, plus six additional report sections including: Strategies for Creating a Positive Relationship, Approach to Managing Others, Approach to Sales, Strategies for Sales Management, and more...

The DiSC Classic Facilitator's Report includes a composite of the group's distribution of DiSC styles, its Classical Patterns, and detailed information on how each person's DiSC style influences the culture within the group or organization. (Requires each person in the group to complete the online DiSC Classic or DiSC Classic Plus!).

The DiSC Classic Group Culture Report is designed to help you explore in detail, the DiSC style and culture of a group, including its impact on decision-making, risk taking as well as it's influence on members. The report also identifies the qualities and behaviors that are encouraged and frowned upon within the group along with the advantages and drawbacks of this culture.

(Requires each person in the group to complete the online DiSC Classic or DiSC Classic Plus!).
