DiSC PPSS Profile

DiSC PPSS provides individuals and teams with detailed, personalized information to help them closely examine their behavioral tendencies in a variety of circumstances.  It offers a range of reports that help people pinpoint specific areas of strengths as well as behaviors that may be considered counterproductive.  The DiSC PPSS profile has many applications, but it is especially useful for individual development planning and one-on-one coaching.

The DiSC PPSS General Characteristics Report  provides feedback on a broad range of behavioral characteristics, including communication methods, and the strengths and limitations of the person's behavioral style.   Other sections of the General Characteristics Report describe more specific aspects of the individual's behavioral tendencies, including:

  • Factors that Motivate the Person
  • The Person's Preferred Working Environment
  • What this Person Tends to Avoid
  • Strategies for the Person to Increase their Effectiveness
  • Factors that De-motivate this Person
  • This Person's Behavior in Conflict Situations

Role Behavior Analysis(RBA)

The Role Behavior Analysis (RBA) provides a practical process for defining behavioral expectations for specific roles, for comparing an individual's DiSC behavior with the behavioral expectations of his or her current or potential role, and for developing strategies to meet role expectations. It's ideal for talent management and selection, leadership development and coaching, performance review support, , and professional development planning.

Comparison  Report

The Single Comparison Report examines a person's DiSC Profile and compares it with the behavioral expectations of a specific role (based on a previously completed Role Behavior Analysis. The assessment shows the "goodness of fit" in terms of how well the individual's behaivoral tendencies matche the requirements of the role. 

Note: The PPSS General Characteristics Report for a person and the Role Behavior Analysis (RBA) completed for a role are prerequisites for running the Single Comparison PPS/RBA Report.

DiSC Comparison Report

Multiple Roles Comparisons  Report

The Multiple Comparison Report  looks at how a role or multiple different roles compare with the behavioral preferences of one or more individuals. The comprehensive analysis helps participants see which roles best match their behavioral tendencies.


Note: The PPSS General Characteristics Report for each person and the Role Behavior Analysis for each role are prerequisites for running the Multiple Comparison Report.
