Workplace expectations: Self Assessment Instrument

Work Expectations Profile

Research shows that people who have clearly defined, well communicated workplace expectations have better attitudes, enjoy greater job satisfaction, and are more engaged in their work than people whose expectations go unspoken or unrealized.

The Work Expectations Profile  makes it easy for managers to open up a conversation with employees about workplace needs.  It's an excellent tool that can be used in a variety of employment situations including, forming new business relationships/partnerships, working on a team, transitioning to a new position and/or a new boss, and for creating more meaningful performance reviews.
