The Dimensions of Leadership Profile is a 20-page assessment that helps people discover their leadership potential. It is also used to provide feedback for leaders, and/or to determine the leadership needs of a team, department, or situtation.   The Profile provides two levels of interpretation:

1. Focus of Attention -- identifies the leader's priorities and "focus of attention" as a leader.  If used to assess the needs of a team or situation, the four-directional model will help clarify the type of leadership that is desirable.
   
2. Dimensions of Leadership -- reveals how the person's leadership is currently being demonstrated.  Twelve dimensions of leadership are scored and examined against implications for high and low scores in each dimension.  If used to assess the needs of a team or situation, the profile will reveal how leadership ought to be demonstrated.  

The Dimensions of Leadership Facilitator's Kit provides everything you need to conduct a half or full-day training session using the the Dimensions of Leadership Profile.
