The Dimensions of Leadership Profile is a 20-page self assessment instrument that helps people discover their leadership potential. It is also used to provide feedback for current leaders, and/or to determine the leadership needs of a team.  The Dimensions of Leadership Profile provides two levels of interpretation:

1. Focus of Attention -- highlights the leader's "focus of attention" or the focus you would like to see in a leader or a situation of your choosing. The four-directional model clarifies the type of leadership that is needed and/or demonstrated in a situation or person.
   
   
2. Dimensions of Leadership -- reveals how leadership is or ought to be demonstrated in a particular situation or person.  Twelve dimensions of leadership are scored and examined against implications for high and low scores in each dimension.
