provides all of the same elements of the paper-based product
above, plus expanded feedback and interpretation including
information on strengths, challenges, and working with other
roles. Also included are interpretative sections on how
the individuals' role plays itself out in communication,
meetings, and time management.
The Team Dimensions
Profile Group Report
helps individuals build on their strengths to
build a more productive and satisfying team environment. In
addition to providing a snapshot of team members' roles,
the group report also provides the Team Dimensions Map showing the
role distribution of team members, a graphic summary of the group's priorities, a discussion of group strengths and limitations.
