Time Management Mastery Profile

The Time Mastery paper Profile is a 36-page self-assessment instrument that helps people evaluate their time-management effectiveness and create a personal plan for improving their skills in 12 key areas:

1. Attitudes – developing “can-do” attitudes
2. Goals - focusing on results, not just activities
3. Priorities - putting first things first
4. Analyzing – knowing your personal patterns and habits
5. Planning - how and when to allocate time 
6. Scheduling - deciding when to do what
7. Interruptions - managing those uncontrollable events
8. Meetings - how to make them shorter and more productive
9. Paperwork - when to dump it, delegate it, do it, or delay it
10. Delegation - sharing of work and responsibility
11. Procrastination - learning to stop postponing the inevitable
12. Time Teamwork – working smarter, together

The online (EPIC) version of the Time Mastery Profile contains the same useful information as the paper instrument, but also includes a Skills Gap Analysis.  This powerful feature shows how the person rated their skill in each time mastery category as well as its importance to his or her job.  This data helps determine where to focus time-management efforts for greater personal and professional success. 

The Facilitator report can be used to customize Time Mastery training  based on the job importance and self-assessed skill level of participants.  The Group Skills Gap Analysis graphically portrays group data, pinpointing those categories that need the most attention.  Participant data is presented anonymously for discussion purposes as well as by name for facilitator use.  

Requires each person in the group to complete the online (EPIC) version of the Profile.
