Profile is a 36-page self-assessment instrument that helps people evaluate their time management effectiveness in twelve critical areas:

Goals - focusing on results, not just activities
Priorities - putting first things first
Analyzing - knowing your personal patterns and habits
Planning - how and when to allocate time
Scheduling - deciding when to do what
Interruptions - managing those uncontrollable events

Profile provides a detailed framework for personal action
planning under each of the twelve time management skill categories. The paper version takes approximately
25 minutes to complete (responding, scoring, and graphing
assessment results). It is usually administered during training.
