The Personal Listening Profile Facilitator's
Kit includes nine classroom-training lessons with
leader's guides, PowerPoint, participant handouts, and 15
minutes of contemporary video to illustrate the different
listening styles.
The nine lessons range in length from 20 to 60 minutes and
include the following broad learning outcomes:

Personal Insight into Communication
Preferences : Help people understand their preferences,
strenghts, and growth areas as listeners.

Effective Information Processing : Help people
more accurately and efficiently gather, understand, and
evaluate the information presented to them.

Understanding of Diversity in Communciation
Styles : Help people understand how others might have
listening styles that are different from their own.

Relating to Others : Develop communication
strategies that help people avoid misunderstandings,
frustration, and resentment.
